Demonstration class to learn how to do a fresh vegan cheese: the almond ricotta.
The workshop will consist of demonstration of how to do almond milk, how to curdle the milk and how to produce the almond ricotta. We will talk generally about vegan cheese production, our experience and how to use it in recipes.
It will also include ricotta tasting and a glass of wine.
