Veghurì (truffled) – Veghu (170gr)

It is a semi-hard and aged cheese, with intense and complex notes.
Excellent on a mixed cutting board and but also on its own accompanied by delicate and citrus compotes.

The external part of this cheese is done using top quality and edible charcoal, which protects the cheese during the aging phase and gives it a characteristic black rind.

Ingredients: Tofu-based preparation (water, soy, salt, rice, sesame oil), potato starch, soy-based preparation (water, soy 80%, cashews 20%, ferments), deodorized coconut oil, truffle oil [97% extra virgin olive oil, 2% aroma, 1% dehydrated summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.)], extra-virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, sea salt.

170gr – keep refrigerated between 1°C and 4°C –

The natural mineral water that we use in our preparations is taken from the Siete Fuentes spring in Santu Lussurgiu (or) and is microbiologically pure.
