General Conditions Of Sale
These Terms and Conditions are valid only for good and services sold through the
MADENITALY webshop. They may be changed or updated at any time by the site
which will give a notice to the customers through the relevant channels.
Prices Exposed
All prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website, which presents an
offer to the public, means VAT included, and are expressed in Danish crowns
(DKK). Transportation costs are excluded and they will be displayed at the checkout
before completing the order. In case of increase or decrease in the price or
incorrect publication on the website, MADENITALY will inform the customer on the status.
Product Documentation
You can find product documentation and descriptions for each product here on the
website (madenitaly.dk).
Shipping
Shipment takes place with one of the following agents: Post Danmark Bring
Danmark, EU pakker, DHL Express Export, DHL Express Import, DHL Economy
Export, DHL Economy Import. Delivery time is 1-3 days (domestic), We ship most weekdays.
Risk
The risk of the goods passes to you as a buyer from the item delivered to
PostDanmark.
Return and withdrawal right
Food items are not returned. Other items are returned until 14 days after receipt. If
the goods are intact, unopened and in original packaging, the full amount will be
refunded. If the item has been used, any impairment will be deducted upon our
assessment. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs that will be
associated with returning the item. Rates are not refundable.
The buyer must notify you of withdrawal within 14 days from the receipt of the
goods, and the product must be returned to MADENITALY no later than 14 days
after. (MADENITALY) reimburse the purchase amount to the customer within 14
days after we have received notice of the withdrawal. However, after MADENITALY have
received the goods back or have received proof that the customer has returned the
item, for example, a mail receipt.

Payments
It is possible to pay by Visa / Dankort, Eurocard, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard.
Payment will be withdrawn from your account when dispatching the item, except for
subscriptions that will be canceled the first month. The prices quoted are incl. VAT
and excl. freight.
After the order is confirmed, there will be delivered a summary to the email of the
customer and / or consumer.
(MADENITALY) reserves the right to charge any charges, price and correction errors,
technical errors, sold items and force majeure.
Individual Information
When you visit madenitaly.dk, you may find that you need to provide information
such as name, address, e-mail address, or phone numbers when registering for
one or more services, as well as ordering items. We will never sell or otherwise
disclose this information without your express permission. Your information is safe
with us. Unless otherwise specified, this information is not encrypted. However, all
data is protected by a firewall. By payment by debit card, this information is sent
directly to our payment service provider. (MADENITALY) does not have access to
your card information. It may happen that we register your behavior on our pages to
ensure you the best possible experience. As a visitor, we may not retrieve
identifiable information such as age, gender, mailing address. Among other things,
we do this to find out which of our products are the most popular. If you have

Terms Specific to Courses
After registration and payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. You
do not have to do anything else and just have to meet up to the course.
Terms and Conditions for Subscriptions
First delivery of subscription will be shipped upon ordering, then shipped every Tuesday starting from the week after ordering.
Invoice will be sent automatically per email. Make sure your email address is correct.
It is your responsibility as a customer that postal and email addresses are correct.
Our
courses are for amateurs only. Purchase of the ticket for the course can not be
refunded, cf. the Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler (Act on Certain Consumer
Agreements) § 17. 2 cf. § 9 paragraph. 2 No. 2a. We reserve the right to cancel at
less than 3 entries.
