Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Netlify. Like any web server, Netlify records technical information when you visit — your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR article 6(1)(f)). Netlify processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and keeps it only for a limited period.
Cookies and the map
The website itself does not set cookies for tracking or statistics. We use Cookiebot to ask for your consent and to remember your choice; Cookiebot stores that choice in a necessary cookie. The map in "Find us" is provided by Google Maps and is only loaded if you accept marketing cookies (GDPR article 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie rules). When it loads, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies; Google may transfer data to the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: .
Table bookings
Bookings are handled through easyTable, which processes booking data on our behalf under a data processing agreement; we remain responsible for it. When you book, we receive the details you enter — name, phone number, email, number of guests, date and any comments — and use them to manage your reservation and contact you about it (GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
Emails
If you write to us, we use your email and what you write to answer you and arrange group bookings or events. We delete emails when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Social media
Our Instagram and Facebook icons are plain links. Nothing is sent to Instagram or Facebook until you click them; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability.
