Smoked Bio – Fermaggio

The smoked cheese made with cashews and almonds has a strong personality, given by the scent of beech wood, with which it is smoked. Its strong point is its resistance to high temperatures and therefore the possibility of melting perfectly.

Ingredients: water, fresh cashew and almond cream* 30% (cashew* 13%, water, peeled almonds* 5%) coconut oil*, psyllium husk* powder (May contain traces of sesame and mustard), sea salt , ferments. Smoked with beech wood smoke. *Biological. Packaged in a protective atmosphere.
